Wholesale Eligibility

• Sochi Styles is a wholesale-only business and sells exclusively to verified retailers, boutiques, and resellers.

• Customers must submit a valid resale certificate (if applicable) and complete business details to qualify for a wholesale account.

• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke wholesale accounts at our discretion.

Ordering & Minimum Purchase Requirements

• Minimum Order Requirement: $100 per order.

• Orders must be placed through our official website, Faire.com, or via direct invoice.

• Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment must be made in full before processing orders.

• We accept the following payment methods:

3. Bank Transfers (for large orders)

• We do not offer Net 30 or credit terms at this time.

• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options to:

3. Receive a refund for the unavailable item
