We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Sochi Styles is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

If an order is delayed due to the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other unforeseen issues, we will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for such delays.

International Shipping & Customs Duties:

We ship internationally; however, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Customs processing times vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by international customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Sochi Styles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If a package is marked as "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Returns for buyer’s remorse, size discrepancies, or change of mind are not accepted.

Final sale and clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
