Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise specified.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.

Delivery & Tracking:

  • Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Sochi Styles is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

  • If an order is delayed due to the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other unforeseen issues, we will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for such delays.

International Shipping & Customs Duties:

  • We ship internationally; however, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

  • Customs processing times vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by international customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Sochi Styles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • If a package is marked as "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse, size discrepancies, or change of mind are not accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email [insert email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Items returned without prior approval or an RAN will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or back to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the return.

  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale and clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
